Hundred days of creating art in 2019
#the100dayproject is a free art project that takes place online.
Every spring, thousands of people all around the world commit to 100 days of exploring their creativity.
At the beginning of April 2019 I saw the first posts appear on Instagram and I decided to become one of these thousands.
Tiny dots
I named my own contribution #100daysoftinydots because, well, the project had to last a hundred days and my work usually consists of lots of tiny dots.
I decided to create a small work every day, like mini canvases, magnets and cards. And maybe once in a while a sketch or an update of a larger work.
A little bit too ambitious
But after a few days of creating, photographing and posting new work, I had to admit my ambitions were too high.
In order to reduce the pressure for myself, I changed my plans. I would make a hundred works, just not in a hundred days.
